Sautéed beans and squid ideal for celiacs
Ingredients for gluten-free recipe
- A jar of organic white beans
- 2 onions
- 6 squid
- 5 teeth of purple garlic
- A glass of white wine
- A pinch of salt
- pepper
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
Preparation
This dish is ideal for celiacs because it is a gluten-free recipe.
We incorporate in a normal pot 1 bottle of our Organic beans Cachopo and put over medium / low heat for about 10 minutes.
Once tempered, we drain them and separate them. We clean all the squids and cut them into rings.
We chop the onion, julienne, and chop the garlic very well. Then, sauté everything in a pan with a little oil and season with salt and pepper, when the garlic is golden brown, we incorporate the white wine.
It’s time to add our organic beans and let the wine alcohol evaporate.
Add the chopped parsley and let it all be done for about 10 minutes. For the plating, we can use cherry tomatoes cut in half.
